International fairs

We offer the best assistance and all the necessary information regarding the best fairs from appropriate markets to Argentina. Our members will be able to obtain the following:

Events calendar: where we offer to our members an updated agenda with the best fairs that will be carried out abroad

In the event that a member desires to actively partake in some of the fairs, we offer the necessary assistance for enrollment as well as help with costs of participation, passages, accommodation, visas and other requests for the participation in these fairs.

Association of international educators (NAFSA):

NAFSA is an association of individuals worldwide advancing international education and exchange and global workforce development. NAFSA serves its members and their institutions and organizations by setting and upholding standards of good practice, providing training and professional development opportunities, providing networking opportunities, and advocating for international education.

NAFSA’s members share a belief that international education advances learning and scholarship, builds understanding and respect among different peoples, and enhances constructive leadership in the global community. We believe that international education by its nature is fundamental to fostering peace, security, and well-being.

EA will be attending NAFSA 2008, an event that will be held in Washington City, USA.

Jointly with Fundación Exportar and every member desiring to attend, Argentina will have, for the first time in history, a unified presence in the national pavilion.

It is important that all the national offering be centralized in a single place and that the promotion of the country be unified as well. We must understand that each Argentine institution, though different, is a part of the same destiny. In this light, our priority should be the disclosure, promotion and endorsement of Argentina, before that our particularities.

Handbook "Study in Argentina" ( Top )

Every year EA will publish a printed guide of courses and costs that will be used as a reference for those that desire to carry out their studies in Argentina. This guide will be carefully distributed in fairs and international events, and will also be sent to selected established agents.

The handbook will contain a variety of information, including , an introduction about the warm Argentina culture and its attractive nature as an education and tourist destination.. It will also comment on the benefits of graduating from an Argentine institution, and will include testimonies of international students that have had experiences in the aforementioned country. A section with important information will also be added, which will include a summary of basic points for interested readers: characteristics of the Argentine educational system, general information about Argentine institutions, an Argentine map, universities, tertiary and polytechnic institutes, Spanish schools and secondary schools.

Agents FAMS ( Top )

EA organizes what it is known in the industry as: "FAMS". These are “familiarization trips” during which one will be a guest to our country and be received by well-established agents in their countries or regions of influence.

In this manner, members of the Argentine institutions of EA will be able to display what they have to offer to international representatives. With this method, our members will gain a proper promotion of their courses and assets.

The agents will be carefully selected according to the countries where they work, their affinity with Argentina, local prestige and experience in the industry.

Spot of eduargentina.org ( Top )

Members of EA will be able to use a private area for publishing their educational offerings on our site. The website is being aggressively positioned in search engines all over the world, and it is a very effective method to recruit foreign students.

Teacher training ( Top )

Internationalizing education not only implies developing strategies that enlarge the flow of foreign students, but it is also a matter of handling new techniques of teaching in order to facilitate a fast integration of the international students.

EA will provide its members the possibility of gaining qualified training directly from foreign education experts. We know the challenges of working with international students and have developed many techniques to carry out their classes. Your teachers will have the opportunity to interact with colleagues from all over the world such as New Zealand, Canada and Australia, among others.

This action will not only assist foreign students, but will benefit your institution by increasing your knowledge and allowing you to face new education topics from several points of view.

Consortiums ( Top )

The objective of these consortiums is to bring together individual efforts and synchronize the joint actions of the institutions involved in favor of the internationalization and recruitment of foreign students.

EA will promote consortium developments that share the same values, visions and objectives. The regional, geographical and/or provincial consortiums will also be a great way to promote lesser know areas abroad.

The aim is to maximize the results of descending costs by shared recruitment inversions. We provide a responsible person for each consortium: to attend fairs, to coordinate agent visits, and to carry out exclusive marketing tasks for the consortium.

If you are interested in being part of the consortium and find that your objectives and visions match ours, please write to us at: consorcio@eduargentina.org and describe what characteristics you expect from your associates in order to form a Consortium .
